Beginning in advertising, he collaborated with Microsoft, Unilever, and Disney. He later led UX and visual projects for SPGroup and advised public sector clients via Thoughtworks.
Naning Utoyo, ShopBack's research team leader, delves into consumer behavior across 10 markets with 10+ years of UX and product strategy proficiency. Her impact extends beyond work, founding Indonesia's pioneer UX community, UXID, and actively participating in workshops and lectures.
