🎨 Job Description

As an UX Researcher, you'll take a key part in integrating and exploring customer needs and BCA Digital's product design to optimize business achievements.

Conducting Usability Testing & IDI
Create competitors analysis & benchmarking
Create research report based on methodology (Quan/Qual, IDI, Safari, Diary Study, etc)

🤹🏻 Skills

Curiousity is a must!
1-2 years as UX Researcher/Customer Experience
Good understanding of research methodology
Familiar with agile scrum framework
Good communication and collaboration skill.
Good understanding of software security.
Able to use research tool such as Qualtrics is a plus
Proficiency in english is a plus
