UX Designer

Design Execution and User Research

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features and enhancements.
• Utilize design thinking principles to solve complex problems and improve product usability.
• Conduct and analyze user research to understand the pain points, needs, and workflows of users to optimize

Usability Testing

• Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts with end-users.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to make iterative improvements to the product design.
• Adjust designs in rapid prototyping environments based on user feedback and new requirements.
  

Design Systems and Standards

• Help develop and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design system across all product touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behavior patterns for user interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of UI or UX or both experience
• SaaS company experience preferred
• Proficiency design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
