We’re a design-driven agency crafting standout digital experiences. We’re looking for a 3D & Motion Graphic Designer passionate about visual storytelling, animation, and creating captivating content that lives across platforms like Instagram, Dribbble, and Behance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling 3D and motion content for brand campaigns, web, and social;
- Develop concept-based visual narratives that enhance brand identity;
- Present motion design ideas and storyboards clearly to clients and teams;
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and developers to align motion direction;
- Stay updated with animation and 3D trends, tools, and techniques;
- Ensure quality and consistency across different platforms and formats.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- 2+ years experience in motion graphics or 3D design;
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation, 3D visuals, and storytelling;
- Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar;
- Familiarity with editing, compositing, and visual effects workflows;
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual pacing;
- Passion for creating work that is bold, creative, and dynamic;
- Confident in presenting and refining motion concepts;
- Independent & proactive, capable of leading projects from ideation to final output.
