INDICO is Telkomsel's subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia's digital ecosystem. As a digital ecosystem enabler, INDICO plays a strategic role both as a platform company and a holding company.

As a platform company, INDICO strives to create non-telecom value by enhancing the user experience of Telkomsel and INDICO Group services. Currently, INDICO is building three business platforms through a B2B2C model: INDICO Commerce (digital product transaction solution), INDICO Engage (marketing solution), and INDICO DataHub (data solution).

As a holding company, INDICO nurtures vertical businesses across sectors: Fita (health tech), Kuncie (edtech), Majamojo (game publishing), and Digital Food Ecosystem (agritech). ‍What will you do but not limited to:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Design user-friendly interfaces for our digital products by translating complex requirements into seamless experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate your design ideas
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
• Maintain and enhance design systems, UI patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Advocate for user needs and champion usability at every stage of product development
• Prepare and deliver design specifications, assets, and documentation for efficient developer handoff
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered methodologies
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software
• Have a good design craft (Desk research, Design theory, Wireframe and IA, Layout and composition, Icon and Illustration, Prototyping, User-flow, typography, color, user research, etc) and actively applying their skill to solving creative challenge
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices for web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with the Material UI (MUI) design system, and adept at creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing (including online usability testing using tools like Maze or Useberry), and utilizing feedback to iterate on designs
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good at listening to and following through on feedback.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
