We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager with strong UI/UX skills to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys designing clean, user-friendly interfaces and also has a growing interest in product management. You’ll work closely with the team to turn business needs into practical features and help shape the direction of our products. Key Responsibilities:

Design & UX

• Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces and interactive prototypes
• Develop low-fidelity mockups and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experiences

Product Management

• Translate business and functional requirements into clear product requirement documents
• Write functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and manage product backlog
• Contribute to long-term product roadmaps that align with strategic goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design with growing responsibilities in product management
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, especially for dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience in writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Background in the technology or IoT industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
