We are looking for a talented Designer with a strong foundation in both product and visual design. In this role, you’ll work across teams to help shape how users experience our platform and how the brand comes to life across touchpoints.
We’re seeking a thoughtful Designer who thrives balancing product-driven work with brand-forward creativity. You’ll flex your skills across user-facing product experiences and the visual identity that supports our marketing efforts.
What you’ll tackle
- With the CRM Product team: Partner to craft seamless web and mobile experiences—wireframes, prototypes, UI flows, and polished screens that align with user needs and business goals, informed by research and performance data
- With Product Marketing: Design visuals for product marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional assets. You’ll focus on creating compelling graphics and animations, generating image assets for campaigns (including using AI tools), and applying consistent visual standards across marketing touchpoints
You’ll play an important role in ensuring that both our product and our presence in the market reflect the same high standard of quality and design thinking.

Key Actions & Duties:
- User-Centered Design: Focus on both UX and UI to create seamless, elegant, and highly usable digital experiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver strategic, achievable, and measurable design solutions
- Product Marketing Design: Support marketing campaigns with high-quality creative assets, including AI-generated visuals, animations, and promotional graphics for websites and product launches
Experience & Skills
- Experience in designing mobile apps, web apps, and websites (2+ years experience)
- Experience in product marketing design, creating visuals for campaigns, product launches, and web-based promotions
- Strong design foundation with emphasis on:
- UI Design: Polished interface design and visual execution
- Problem-Solving: UX intuition and data-driven design thinking
- Visual Design: Brand application and creative asset development
- AI-Assisted Creative Workflows: Experience or interest in using AI tools for animation and image creation
Technical Requirements
- Figma proficiency (required)
- Experience designing for social media, landing pages, digital advertisements, and product branding
- Familiarity with tools and workflows for AI-based animation or visual generation is a plus
- Ability to adapt brand guidelines into engaging creative assets across formats and screen sizes
- Understanding of performance-driven design (conversion optimization, engagement metrics) preferred
You have proven experience across all phases of the design process—from user research and wireframing to prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. You balance strategic product thinking with an eye for polished, on-brand visuals.
You have a solid foundation in interaction and visual design, and you’re comfortable applying these skills across both product experiences and marketing touchpoints. Whether designing a user flow or a campaign asset, you’re thoughtful about consistency, clarity, and user impact.
You enjoy crafting omni-channel design solutions that span platforms—from mobile apps and web products to social content and branded marketing pages—serving a variety of user needs and goals.
