🎨 Job Description
Define, design, execute and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences.
Drive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research in partnership with product designers and stakeholders.
Collect and analyze user behavior through studies, in-depth interviews, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (A/B testing).
Understand and incorporate complex technical and product requirements into research.
Identify the best practices for both established and developing research approaches.
🤹🏻 Skills
5+ years of experience in UX research or similar.
Strong understanding of & experience with a broad range of research methodologies, their pros/ cons and their application during different phases of product development.
A balance of creative and analytical skills with the ability to proactively define research questions, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable research data collection and analysis.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities with a bias toward action to proactively collaborate with multiple teams.
Passionate about translating findings into actionable strategic product/business recommendations.
