As a Product Designer on the GoTo PLUS Subscription Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize features and experiences that are part of our premium subscription offering that consists of the benefits across Gojek & Tokopedia. You'll have a hands-on role in shaping the future of our subscription products and creating user-centered designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

Work closely and under the supervision of a Product Design Lead, and follow the predefined process set forth by the teamAble to comprehend the product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solutions to the team under the supervision of the product design leadEffectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scopeDefine end-to-end wireframe and wireflow for features using standard wireframing toolsDocument the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability tests, release, and monitor the impact after the product releaseContribute to the team cadence discussion and make occasional short presentations to the team, as well as present team’s updates if neededProactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal🤹🏻 Skills
Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the product design industryFamiliar data and can identify problem areas, furtherly map out the user journey, and break the problems into smaller chunksUse basic analytics tools to gather customer data (funnel) Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals, such as design thinking framework and other frameworks in order to develop productsAble to sketch the ideas into a wireframe, learn how to make wireflow, and do wireframing for well-defined featuresHave a good knowledge of the tools, such as Overflow, Miro, Sketch, Figma, or similar ones that are widely used by Product DesignersKnowledge of design validation, either through quantitative or qualitative researchPreferably some knowledge of service design and experience with working on mobile app design🍩 Benefit
