As a User Experience (UX) Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping seamless, engaging, and effective digital experiences for our clients. You will bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and creative execution, ensuring that our digital strategies enhance customer journeys and drive brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop UX Strategies – Craft user-centric digital strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Content & Web Strategy – Plan and optimize content frameworks and digital platforms for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Customer Experience & Insights – Analyze user behavior, market trends, and category insights to create data-driven recommendations.
- Digital & Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with creative, media, and tech teams to develop integrated digital experiences.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Leverage CRM insights to enhance personalization and customer engagement strategies.
- Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement – Communicate UX strategies and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in content strategy, web strategy, and digital media.
- Understanding of customer experience (CX) and category insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing strategy, digital strategy, and UX best practices.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven customer engagement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Background in advertising, digital agencies, or brand strategy is a plus.
