Through understanding both business and user inputs, you will be the primary advocate for all our user communication by creating clear, consistent, and helpful messaging. From marketing messages, product copywriting, and all the way to agent/ops user communication, you will work with different teams in Merchant Lending to craft the voice of all our products.
