🎨 Job Description
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Collaborate with the product team to translate research findings into actionable feature recommendations.
Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation.
Help develop and maintain a repository of UX research insights and best practices.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or other design tools.
🤹🏻 Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
Strong interest in UX research and user-centered design.
Basic understanding of UX research methodologies and techniques.
Familiarity with Figma or other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Semarang.
