🎨 Job Description

Lead and advocate for a team of designers and researchers.
Partnering with the Head of Product in setting out vision and roadmaps to scale and impact business.
Understand and advocate for impactful unique experiences across our markets, with an eye on localization.
Operationalize improvements in product design & development processes with scaling and flexibility in mind
Conduct and oversee the end-to-end research process from designing studies to providing product insights.
Structuring and analyzing surveys to evaluate the impacts of product changes and gather insights at scale.
Inform and participate in product decisions from definition to launch (and after).
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide data-driven and user-centered solutions.

🤹🏻 Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in UX in at least one of our markets and 1+ years leading a team
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Think holistically and have the ability to zoom in and out, laterally and vertically.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Passionate about creating the best experience for users
