🎨 Job Description

Brand Identity Design: Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including logos, typography, color palettes, visual guidelines, and brand assets.
UI Redesign: Work closely with our product and development teams to redesign user interfaces that improve usability, enhance the user experience, and align with our brand identity.
Illustration: Create original illustrations that effectively communicate concepts, ideas, or narratives, adding a unique visual element to our brand and marketing materials.
Graphics Design: Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital media, such as social media graphics, banners, infographics, advertisements, etc.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

🤹🏻 Skills

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in brand identity design, UI redesign, illustration, and graphics, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience with user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to UI/UX design projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
