UI/UX Specialist

PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk was founded by the Plantation Pension Fund (Dapenbun) on 27th September 1989 under the name PT Bank AGRO. On 11 December 1989, BRI Agro acquired a business license from the Minister of Finance and launched commercial operations on 8 February 1990.In 2003, the Bank took a new degree in its journey by becoming a Public Company after having made an initial public offering on the Surabaya Stock Exchange. At the same time, the Bank changed its name to PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk. In 2007, the Bank’s shares with the AGRO stock code had been listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In 2006, Bank AGRO upgraded its rank to a Foreign Exchange Commercial Bank.

On 3 March 2011, the Deed of Acquisition of Shares of PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk was signed between PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) and Dapenbun in Jakarta. In 2012, BRI had officially become the Controlling Shareholder of PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk alongside its 23rd birthday, Bank AGRO changed its name to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk, with the commercial name BRI Agro.

BRI Agro has increasingly taken steps with BRI to serve digital ecosystem by launched it's first digital loan called PINANG on 2019. To demonstrate its seriousness, the Company continues to synergize with BRI.

Since 2021, Bank Raya transform to Digital Bank as appointed by BRI to become The Best Digital Bank for Agri and Beyond by Becoming House of Fintech and Home for Gig Economy. By serving the the SME's throughout the Country.

🎨 Job Description

  • Berkontribusi dalam projek/fitur terutama di area UI/UX yang ada di direktorat digital
  • Memberi kontribusi pada strategi produk/fitur yang dikembangkan dengan cara mengidentifikasi trend baru/sejenis yang dilakukan kompetitor, terutama untuk produk/fitur digital
  • Membuat konsep, visualisasi, dan menghasilkan design maupun asset visual untuk produk/fitur digital. Keluaran diharapkan mencakup storyboard, user-flow, wireframe, hi-fi maupun lo-fi prototypes.
  • Berkolaborasi dan memberi saran dan insight kepada designer maupun Product Manager terutama dari sudut pandang pengalaman pelanggan pada seluruh bagian lifecycle pengembangan produk secara agile, namun terutama pada bagian design awal.
  • Menentukan gaya, panduan/standard, maupun best practice antaramuka terutama antarmuka visual yang digunakan pada aplikasi Digital yang digunakan nasabah (customer facing)

🤹🏻 Skills

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari Jurusan Sistem Informasi/Teknik Informatika dengan IPK min. 3 diutamakan
  • Diutamakan yang memiliki portofolio design atau pernah melakukan tugas riset pengalaman pengguna
  • Berbadan sehat
  • Dapat bekerja dengan teamwork, terorganisir dan detail.
  • Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Mampu merumuskan hipotesa dalam lingkup UI/UX dan merencanakan metode validasi hipotesa tersebut dan kemudian menghasilkan actionable insight.
  • Kemampuan interaksi dan visual design yang kuat meliputi penggunaan tools yang umum digunakan oleh UI/UX designer misal Adobe creative suite, Zeplin, Sketch, Figma,
  • Bersedia ditempatkan untuk wilayah kerja Bank Raya Kantor Pusat, Jakarta.
  • Bersedia dan terbiasa bekerja menggunakan skema Work From Home maupun Work From Office sesuai peraturan Perusahaan dan Ketentuan Pemerintah daerah (DKI Jakarta) yang berlaku.
