🎨 Job Description

Creates visual concepts and designs that align with a channel’s identity and meet the needs of business and marketing teams.
Establish and promote design templates for banners and branding in Channel and come up with guidelines, best practices and standards.

Collaborating with 3-6 different country’s design team to align visual consistency, conceptualizing ideas, and quality management.

Create wireframes, storyboards.

Apply knowledge of UX design to develop mock-ups, new interaction models, and navigation schemes.

Build and maintain design systems to be socialized with various design teams.

Drive adoption of design system and track different use cases of design components across the studio.

Analyze the business and user needs, and aligning them into corresponding design ideas and solutions.

Co-create and participate in design-driven exploration and innovation with virtual teams.

Cooperate with the product, operation team and development team to follow up the implementation and landing effect of the design plan.

🤹🏻 Skills

5 years of experience creating world-class Graphics and User Interfaces for web, mobile or devices. Design agency/management consultant in related business also preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or evidence of exceptional ability.

An excellent portfolio showcasing UX/UI and visual design work with a strong graphic design sensibility that creates business impact.

Ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches, prototypes and wireframes.

Strong desire to change and challenge status quo, ask the right questions and make things happen.

Must be proficient and highly skilled in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
