🎨 Job Description

Creating the user experience and UI of digital products & features from conception to launch in partnership with the Product and Tech Team
Applying design thinking processes in projects and collaborating with stakeholders to translate customers’ needs into design prototypes.
Designing information documentation and organization to improve access and findability.
Maintaining design systems and creating designs that address different use scenarios.
Working with a cross-functional team and stakeholders (business, tech, marketing) to develop effective and sustainable outcomes.
Providing strategic solutions for early-stage project planning
Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

🤹🏻 Skills

You have 3 to 4+ years working as a UIUX designer, UI designer, or similar role in a consulting, digital agency, or in-house environment
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and have a curious mindset. Ability to rapidly ideate and produce multiple UX/UI concepts
You have a strong sense of curiosity and take initiative to improve and enhance the current state of the product.
You have a portfolio with projects that capture your thought process and demonstrate a great understanding of people, products, and/or services
You are highly skilled in visual design software with tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
You are comfortable working in an agile environment
You have great design sense and critical thinking skills
You have the ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
