🎨 Job Description

Creating a highly usable yet elegant design for the web or native mobile applications
Collaborating with product managers and engineers to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges.
Iteratively improving user interfaces based on data and user tests.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts.

🤹🏻 Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
Understand areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, market research, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
Strong attention to detail
Able to communicate ideas through sketches and wireframes.
Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented
A high degree of empathy and problem-solving ability
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
A portfolio which able to elaborate thinking process related to research, design, and problem-solving skills.
