UI/UX Designer

• Design and develop high-quality and user-centered product experiences.
• Conduct user research, testing and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, product, sales) to ensure designs are feasible and meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain a design system and ensure design consistency across the product.
• Stay up-to-date with latest design trends and technology advancements.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively and present design work to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the growth of the design team.

• 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design and research, ideally in B2B start-up and supply chain
• Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• At least 3 years of project management skills
• Having a strong portfolio with a wide array of experiences creating digital experiences from scratch is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and iterative environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
