🎨 Job Description

  • Discuss and thoroughly understand project requirements with product owner (both on product side as well as the channel side) for project and features being developed and is to be delivered through development
  • Create UI screens (and later to provide UX) deliverance for digital channels
  • Work with designers where necessary
  • To be creative and at the same time guide the customer to ensure the maximum easiness of User Experience
  • To always keep in mind and apply market-based best practices and flow behaviours to projects
  • Properly assess project-related documents in terms of UIUX aspects
  • Preserve a healthy working environment in a organization as well as collaborate in building a supportive team-work spirit
  • Proactively collaborate with other stakeholders (other division, sub-directorate or 3rd parties)
  • Team-work capability
