🎨 Job Description

  • Responsible for shaping and defining the ux researches that required for further product improvement
  • Uncover what our users need from our products by conducting research, performing usability studies, and also working with cross-functional teams
  • Inspiring change, delivering findings, ,evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user's experience more intuitive and enjoyable
  • Collaborate with the Product and UX team to ensure the quality of the delivered product meets the good standard of design, user experience and features.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative exploratory/evaluative research plan and consider the most suitable method to be used
  • Defining, Planning and implementing research and usability testing using proper and suitable quantitative/qualitative methods
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to define feature or improvement that can help increase or move our product metrics and user experience
  • Conduct thorough data and research analysis from existing data and create suitable action items from those findings.
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences and propose reasonable improvements that can be implemented for UX purposes.
  • Implement quarterly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) in each work activities to ensure effectiveness of output quality of the product development process

🤹🏻 Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience of working in UX Research or product development field
  • Experience with conducting user/qualitative/field research
  • In-depth understanding of UI UX, various UX research method and product development
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL, BigQuery or quantitative analysis is a must
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great in both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Self driven with high ownership and motivation
