🎨 Job Description

Work closely with business and product teams and translate requirements to superior product design.
Ability to successfully negotiate through a variety of requirements, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex.
Use of judgment to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that balance user needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
Facilitate design process by implementing visual design concept to final hand-off to engineering, on mobile and desktop platforms
Approach all projects with empathy and emotional design principles.
Using any means necessary to develop high and low fidelity wireframes, end-to-end flows and prototypes, key user tasks and use cases.
Manage their own tasks to deliver designs on time.
Work closely with the development and QC team to create and deliver quality UX-optimized products.

🤹🏻 Skills

You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field.
You have 3-5 years prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
Ability to empathize with user pain points while having a user-oriented & data-driven design mindset.
Knowledgeable of micro-interactions in use (on mobile, web, desktop, etc), and have nuanced views on how to make many of them even better.
Have sufficient skills to create icons and illustrations.
Having exposure in providing copy writings is a plus.
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
Experienced in creating wireframes and prototyping.
You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
