Product UI/UX Designer

The Product Experience Designer will be an integral part of our product team, working to develop new features and enhance existing products. The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing user feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop user stories
• Developing wireframes and prototypes to test user experience
• Working with product and engineering teams to ensure that product experiences are delivered on time and to the highest quality
• Developing user personas and journeys to inform product decisions
• Evaluating existing product designs and suggesting improvements
• Creating and maintaining design guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business goals

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with two-five years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience in User Testing/Prototyping/research methods
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe creative suite, figma, sketch, and other latest design software
• Experience with Design System/Components and presenting to team and stakeholders to ensure that design meet business goals
