Product Designer will be mainly responsible for overseeing design and development of the design system, owning and driving design system adoption across the organization, understanding the design process and how our designers produce. The team needs to work within an agile process, define and execute roadmaps, and work through backlog refinement. The other thing is overseeing the quality and adoption of the design system core components, leading adoption across the products, improving processes, standards, innovation, and evangelizing and ensuring adoption on both Product and Engineering teams.
