Work under the supervision of the product design lead and improve user experience towards a big goal to help the product reach its OKRDefine the product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solutions to the team under the supervision of the product design leadEffectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scopeDefine end-to-end wireframe and workflow for features using standard wireframing tools.Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability testings, release, and monitor the impact after the product release.Contribute to the team cadence discussion and make short presentations to the team, as well as present the team’s updates if neededResponsible for getting the buy-in of your solution/ideas from stakeholdersProactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal🤹🏻 Skills
At least 3 years of experience in product design related roles, or design for digital products.Familiarity with data, ability to identify problem areas, mapping the user journey, and breaking problems into smaller chunks for ideation and refinement.Experience with analytics tools to gather data from feature usage (funnel).Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals such as human-computer interaction theory, using and empowering others to use design thinking and other relevant frameworks in order to develop products.Ability to create lo-fi and high-fi designs and the ability to design for scale and high maintainability.Have good knowledge of the tools such as Figma, and Figjam, that are used in the design team, especially product design roles.Knowledge of design validation, either through quantitative or qualitative research.Excellent organizational skills.
