As a Product Designer on the GoTo PLUS Subscription Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize features and experiences that are part of our premium subscription offering that consists of the benefits across Gojek & Tokopedia. You'll have a hands-on role in shaping the future of our subscription products and creating user-centered designs that align with our brand and business objectives.

Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences related to subscription-based featuresUtilize data analysis, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and improvementsCreate wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality effectively and develop visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience for PLUS subscription featuresCollaborate with the Product Design team across Gojek & Tokopedia to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey for PLUS subscription features in each platformIterate and refine designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance data to enhance the subscription experience continuallyCollaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration and implementation of designs into the productClearly communicate design rationale and ideas to the team and present design concepts and progress in design reviews and meetingsStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design and user experience🤹🏻 Skills
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science or other related studiesHaving impactful design portfolios that demonstrate process and problem-solving skillsAt least 4 years of experience as UX/UI Designers / Product Designers or similar rolesExcellent understanding of design process and principlesFluent in using design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision, Principle, etc.Familiar with user research methodologiesGood written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and EnglishGood storytelling ability to showcase design or user insights🍩 Benefit
