As a Product Designer, you will be working on the GoTo's Campaign Management team, you'll empower our marketers to efficiently share campaigns with customers across various GoTo platforms. Your focus will be to design the tools for customer segmentation, targeted marketing, and effective communication channels. Your mission is to design user-friendly marketing tools that cater to our marketers' needs. Your innovative solutions will enhance the user experience on Gojek and Tokopedia platforms, addressing complex user requirements. 🎨 Job Description
You will focus on identifying problems & generate design solutions based on the product vision/requirements.You will be expected to conduct design process best practices across projects such as gathering insights, validating problems & solutions, delivering multiple fidelity levels of design, and ensuring the final design is implemented correctly on production.Ensure proper design documentation on every project, following the standards in GoTo.Showcase design progresses for cross-functional teams related to the projects.Collaborate with multiple counterparts across GoTo, especially product managers to improve and innovate our product experience.Collaborate with researchers in order to gather user insights, validate hypotheses, and design solutions.Collaborate with UX Writers to ensure copywriting and content quality to follow GoTo guidelines.Collaborate with the Interaction Designers and Design System team to ensure the implementation of proper design components and patterns.🤹🏻 Skills
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or other related studies.Having impactful design portfolios that demonstrate process and problem-solving skills.Minimum 1 year of experience as UX/UI Designers / Product Designers or similar roles.Excellent understanding of design processes and principles.Fluent in using design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision, Principle, etc.Familiar with user research methodologies.Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.Good storytelling ability to showcase design or user insights.🍩 Benefit
