Product Designer

Your Role

• Be a founding member of our product design team in the Asia-Pacific region, supporting Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and more.
• Work with a variety of cross-functional teams, including engineers, program and product managers to define both the long-term and short-term UX stratergy of our products in a highly collaborative fashion to build great user experiences.
• Work closely with product designers on your team to develop and expand our brand new and evolving  design system called Transit.
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly within the product design team and company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate concept ideation, wireframing, sketching, rapid product prototyping, user interface design and user testing.
• Translate concepts into userflows, wireframes and UI designs to create intuitive user experiences.
• Champion the adoption of UI/UX best practices and processes in our product development process.
• Define and maintain design of UX patterns and guidelines for our products to produce consistent and intuitive user experiences.

• Strong hands-on UI/UX skills, including user testing, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• A track record and portfolio of well-executed commercialized projects and products.
• 4 - 10 years of experience in UI/UX design for B2C and B2B digital products.
• Experience with e-commerce and online payment products is highly appreciated.
• Possess good communication skills and have an ability to clearly present interactive concepts to cross-functional teams.
• You’re comfortable in using design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
