Manager - Digital Experience Designer (UI/UX)

AIA is hiring for Manager - UI/UX Experience Designer :

• To improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction with a product
• To set a certain UX standard within the company and ensure all company’s platforms can met the standard before release
• To solve user problems by emphatically leveraging their needs and implementing the human-centric design approach
• To envision the end-to-end user experience in any process and platforms

Company’s UX evangelist (70%)

• Set a user experience standards as a guideline for all applications or process development within AIA
• Support related stakeholders as an SME for any user experience related cases to ensure the UX standards are met
• Develop and iterate user flows to constantly improving the way users are interacting with the business
• Produce lofi and/or the wireframe prototype of the user flows to acquire approval/acceptance from product owner/user
• Working closely with UI Designer to produce the UI design based on the agreed user flow and/or wireframe by creating the design brief
• Support Group HCD alongside UI Designer to develop and/or iterate the design system, as well as on the UX research process
  

UX journey watchperson (15%)

• Collaborate with related parties (e.g., system analysts, developers, product owners) to propose new/changes in the user flows/process and ensure that it’s feasible to develop
• Performing the UAT of any platforms to assure the UX is acceptable to release/deploy

UX Investigator (10%)

• Collaborate with the Customer Insight and Customer Research team to carry out the usability and user testing
• Monitor user feedback and analyze data from analytical tool and testing report to improve user satisfaction over time
  

UX trend spotter (5%)

• Identify developing trends in UX tools or journey and analyze if the trend is applicable to implement in the AIA’s environment

• Education – A bachelor’s degree
• Experience – Minimum at least 6 years of working experience as UI/UX designer or researcher
• In-depth knowledge about business operation of insurance or financial services
• Expert knowledge in using Figma to design user flows, UI, and prototypes
• Experienced in using project management tools preferably JIRA
• Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus
• Knowledge in web/app analytical tool such as Google/Firebase Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel is a plus
• Excellent command of English, written and oral.
