🎨 Job Description
Work with the Director, Head of Product, and senior management to create a better product, such as being involved in planning user journeys both for current and future features or products
Create illustrations, graphic assets, and/or copywriting for Prakerja’s applications
Create wireframes, mockups, and/or design prototypes for features and products in Prakerja’s applications
Involved in Design System development of Prakerja’s applications
Ensure to follow the guidelines of Prakerja’s Design System
Carry out other duties and authorities given by the Head of Product and/or Operational Director
🤹🏻 Skills
Preferably with a strong illustration design portfolio
Preferably has background in Visual Communication Design or Arts
Minimum two years experience as a UI / UX Designer or Product Designer
Understand of Human Centered Design (HCD)
Understand of Product Development Life Cycle
Critical Thinking & Creative thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suites or any similar tools
A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
