HD Community Manager

As a Community Manager you'll be working with our community of UI, UX Designers and Researchers around the country to help them learn and connect with others. From answering questions on private channel to hosting remote events in Zoom and across Social Channels.  You'll be running our monthly webinar, setting up podcast and contributing to the HaloDesigners’s content on socials. You'll embody our brand across every touchpoint of your role, bringing a bunch of good energy to our community!

🎨 Job Description

  • Engage, welcome and answer community members questions in private channel
  • Build and mantain relationship with members and mentors of the community
  • Comfortably facilitate podcast, remote events in zoom and other tools
  • Running and organise our monthly webinar
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively
  • Discover opportunities to grow our remote community around the country
  • Be comfortable getting dirty during our internal team learning sessions! 👨🏻‍🎨

🤹🏻 Skills

  • Base knowledge of UX UI Design, Research
  • Experience managing, contributing, and engaging with a remote community (preffered)
  • Proactive, well documented, and well organized
  • Able to identify and address issues/concerns within the community
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in using remote communication tools (Notion, Telegram, Loom, Zoom, etc)
  • Confident in working with social media to share our community updates
  • Positive self-starter good attitude with ambition and desire to help Indonesian’s designers to reach their new heights 🥳
